Wow it has been a busy weekend I moved into a new storage building with some of my extra scrapbooking stuff, but I got to create a couple of cute cards with my starter kit from Amuse. I like the stamps and the indexing on the back is just the bomb! Did I mention that I did not have to cut any rubber?!
The first card I made from the kit is this cute little gift card. The card was made with items I received in my starter kit. If you are interested in hosting a party or would like to take my classes let me know and I will tell you my schedule. At the moment it is looking like around the first week of October before my classes start back up.
Details of the card:
Paper – Sugar Cardstock, shell cardstock, bubblegum gingham
Ink- Momento tuxedo black, bubblegum ink
Ribbon: Bubblegum ribbon
Die – Spellbinders label die
Coloring: Tombow for the bubblegum in the machine, and Copic for the metal accents on the base of the bubblegum machine.
I love the ink that Amuse|Studio has. It has been a long while since I used only pigment ink, but I am finding I love the colors and find it easy to go back to this technique. I am using a lot of embossing powder, but I also did this with my dye inks as well. In my next card, I will show you a way to make your own background paper with this great ink!
